The Rio Grande Valley is home to many cultures, but one that dominates them all is Mexican traditions. Many of the valley's locals are Hispanic and bring along Mexican traditions form previous generations. Some of the traditions have begun spreading farther up North Texas and are starting to become more modernized than the way the traditions were celebrated in earlier times.
